Responsibilities
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Audit current processes and build an effective sales funnel
- Develop strategy, scripts, reporting, and motivation systems
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team
- Participate in key deals and analyses
- Implement CRM from scratch and sales analytics
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
- Experience building a sales funnel for complex deals and scaling a team from scratch
- Practice in implementing CRM, KPIs, motivational programs, and scripts
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Proven experience entering foreign markets is a plus
- Systematic thinking, leadership qualities, and result orientation
