We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Head of Sales Department to lead a team of managers and ensure growth in conversion and sales efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the sales team: hiring, training, goal setting, motivation, and KPI control.
- Analyze department metrics, implement systemic improvements, and optimize processes.
- Work with lead generation and traffic processing, ensuring quality communication with leads.
- Develop and continuously improve the sales funnel, monitoring its effectiveness.
- Oversee the work of managers.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing a sales department (experience in Forex/trading/investment is a plus).
- Experience with cold traffic.
- Deep understanding of all sales processes.
- Experience in a team with a revenue of at least 10 million per month.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
- Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate people.
- Understanding of key Forex market concepts and trading basics.
- Willingness to work at a fast pace, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.
