As a Head of Scheme Direction, you will: - Lead the scheme direction (Tier-1 GEO) focusing on scale and stability - Manage the full cycle of processing and traffic - Work with contractors and internal teams - Control and optimize key metrics - Build and improve funnels - Formulate and implement processes and standards - Maintain documentation - Provide regular reporting on results and efficiency

To succeed in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in scheme iGaming - Experience managing teams and contractors - Understanding of the entire funnel - Strong analytical skills - Ability to build and scale processes - Experience with Tier-1 GEO is a plus - Independence and responsibility for results
