Looking for a Head of Support with experience in iGaming support and strong expertise in chat communications. Remote position.
Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a support team (5+ people).
- Build processes and implement CRM.
- Work with KPIs: conversion to deposit, retention, quality and speed of support.
- Develop scripts and chat sales.
- Influence the product through user insights.
- Basic KYC and anti-fraud processes.
