We are an international iGaming company focused on performance and managing the economics of acquisition. We handle high traffic volumes and complex unit economics, aiming for systematic profitability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for performance in the Russian market.
- Develop and implement traffic acquisition strategies.
- Manage the entire acquisition system focusing on ROI and scalability.
- Formulate and control PnL channels (CR, FTD cost, LTV, ROI, payback).
- Analyze anomalies, detect fraud, and ensure traffic quality.
- Manage affiliate and influencer/stream teams.
- Build KPI systems, reporting, and reconciliation.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Head of Traffic / Head of Acquisition / Performance Lead in iGaming.
- Mandatory experience with the Russian market.
- Deep understanding of traffic sources and RU-segment specifics.
- Strong skills in PnL and unit economics.
- Experience managing budgets based on ROI.
- Understanding of antifraud processes and traffic quality control.
- Willingness to take responsibility for entire acquisition, not just individual channels.
