- Lead operational teams across fraud operations, investigations, and dispute management.
- Protect MoonPay's reputation by monitoring and mitigating threats.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams to embed Safety by Design.
- Leverage AI to improve fraud lifecycle management.
- Manage the MoonPay Fraud Partner Program.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Trust & Safety or Fraud functions in fintech or crypto.
- Experience managing multi-tiered teams and scaling operations.
- Ability to leverage AI/ML insights for operational performance.
- Strong understanding of identity verification and payment risk.
