Job description
Performance marketing is being rebuilt around AI. We're shipping the system. Plurio AI automates ad management for companies spending $500K+/month on Google, Meta, and similar channels. The agent connects ad platforms, CRM, and revenue. It learns the strategic logic a senior performance marketer would apply – when to scale, when to kill, when to hold. It encodes the repeatable parts of that thinking into rules and skills that run inside the ad account, every cycle. Strategy stays human. Execution disappears. The most ambitious performance teams are rebuilding themselves around AI right now – not next year, not when it's safe. We're one of the companies writing how this actually works in production – with real budgets, in real client accounts. The teams that move first will write the playbook everyone else borrows from. Encode your strategy. Scale it across dozens of teams.
Responsibilities
### What You’ll Own - Sit across from leadership - Run discovery and validation conversations with our prospects' marketing leadership – CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, Performance Directors. Speak to them as a peer, not a vendor: how their team's operating model changes when agents do the execution. From experience, not from slides. - Work directly with the UA leadership of our most strategic accounts. Embedded in their setup, understanding how they run acquisition, calibrating the agent against their reality. - Take the strategic logic you've been running in your head – when to scale, when to kill, how creative cycles play out, how budget shifts across markets – and turn it into rules and skills. - Translate what you see in the field into product direction. You're the practitioner's voice on the team – what's missing, what's wrong, what would make the agent more powerful for the teams using it at scale.
Requirements
### What We're Looking For #### Must Have - Hands-on budget management — you've personally run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, or both. Budgets $500K+/month. - Head / Senior / Lead UA level — you're currently a Head of UA, used to be, or are a Senior who works fully autonomously. - Automation experience — you've worked with automation tools or built in-house: automated rules, scripts, reporting pipelines. - Data fluency — SQL fluency is a plus, but what we need is a structural understanding of how advertising data works: funnels, attribution, where numbers come from. - AI-comfortable — Cursor, Claude Code, AI tools shouldn't be new concepts. #### Nice to Have - Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or building AI-powered workflows. - Public presence (LinkedIn, Telegram channel, conference talks). - Experience briefing developers on automation tasks. #### Red Flags - Strategy or media planning only, without mechanic fluency. - Budgets consistently below $100K/month. - No automation experience at all. - No understanding of data fundamentals (attribution, funnels, where ad numbers come from). - Deep expertise in one very specific setup that can't generalize across different clients.
Conditions
### What You Can Expect - Your expertise is the product — the deeper your UA knowledge, the more valuable you become, here and in the industry. - Work at the frontier — you're building AI technology.
