- Manage crypto wallet operations, offering industry-leading CEX crypto deposit and withdrawal services. - Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals. - Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures. - Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets. - Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing. - Monitor internal alerts and collaborate with stakeholders to react to incidents and implement safeguards. - Review internal processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. - Analyze competitor products and industry trends for potential enhancements. - Collaborate with customer support to resolve wallet-related inquiries. - Drive CEX business growth strategy and develop new products.

- 5+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or related roles. - 8+ years of experience in Product/Operations Management. - Familiarity with blockchain technologies including EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos. - Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and wallet infrastructure. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment. - Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody is a plus.
