- Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals. - Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing. - Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets. - Coordinate network upgrades and token events. - Monitor internal alerts and collaborate to react to incidents. - Review and optimize internal processes. - Collaborate with Customer Support and external parties. - Drive business growth strategy and develop new products.

- 5+ years in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure. - 8+ years in Product/Operations Management. - Familiarity with blockchain technologies (EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos). - Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment. - Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody is a plus.
