Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data (costs, headcount, metrics) and prepare reports and dashboards
- Work with Workday to support data, build reports, and insights
- Automate HR analytics processes and improve HRIS
- Ensure quality and consistency of HR data (data governance)
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Collaborate with HR team and stakeholders for analytical initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics (dashboarding, predictive analytics, analysis)
- Experience with Workday (1+ year)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data governance and data quality
- Higher education (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly
