Responsibilities
- Organize internal events for Business Units to boost engagement and team spirit
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BU and company goals
- Advise managers on personnel management and HR practices
- Coordinate and implement internal communications
- Oversee and improve recruitment, onboarding, development, and training processes
- Analyze HR metrics and launch initiatives to enhance engagement and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in various HR functions and understanding of key HR processes
- Experience conducting presentations and training sessions for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
