Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with business units and maintain alignment with business goals
- Advise leaders on HR matters and people strategy
- Support performance management processes: employee development, career planning, disciplinary actions
- Analyze HR metrics and trends for business decision-making
- Resolve complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations
- Monitor the application of HR policies and procedures
- Manage changes in the employee lifecycle: promotions, transfers, and other changes
- Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other HR cycles
- Work with HRIS (BambooHR) and interact with payroll providers
- Plan headcount together with managers
- Participate in final stages of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop Employee Referral Program
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience with compensation, employee relations, and talent management
- Experience with HR systems, preferably BambooHR
- Higher education in HR, business, or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
