Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and act as an HR consultant for business units
- Participate in the implementation of global HR processes, programs, and policies
- Lead HR projects from launch to implementation
- Develop and implement people plans with measurable results
- Collaborate with HR Operations for effective HR process execution
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus and EU legislation
- Develop HR policies and enhance the effectiveness of HiBob
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Experience working with leaders in fast-growing companies (tech, fintech, or financial services)
- Deep knowledge of EU labor legislation
- Experience in Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations
- Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS systems
- Skills in using AI tools in daily work
- Strong communication and partnership skills
