- Develop workforce strategies in line with business growth - Work with department leads on organizational design and internal mobility - Manage Performance Management and succession planning processes - Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance - Develop eNPS initiatives and employee engagement - Onboard and mentor new managers - Create leadership development initiatives and Employee Experience programs

- 3+ years of experience in an HRBP role - Deep understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes - Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits - Experience with HR metrics and analytics - Skills in change management and stakeholder management - Upper-Intermediate English - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
