HR Business Partner

### Responsibilities - Support employees at all stages of the lifecycle: onboarding, development, career changes, and offboarding - Build partnerships with leaders and maintain team health - Support Performance Review, Salary Review, and Talent Review cycles - Assist managers with employee development, goal setting, and career growth - Analyze HR metrics, identify risks, and propose initiatives to improve engagement and retention - Interact with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring issues - Work with HR systems and participate in automating HR processes

### Requirements - Experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3 years - Understanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Compensation & Benefits processes - Experience conducting engagement surveys, eNPS, and working with improvement plans - Knowledge of labor legislation basics in various jurisdictions - Ability to work with HR metrics and analyze data - Skills in conducting difficult conversations and managing conflict situations - Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level
