Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner for business and develop HR strategies aligned with departmental goals
- Support managers and employees on all HR matters (talent management, performance, organizational structure)
- Launch initiatives on engagement, diversity, wellbeing, and retention
- Work on workforce planning and succession management
- Support change management and internal communications
- Collaborate with recruitment for hiring and onboarding talents
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle labor cases
Requirements
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor
- Experience in international tech or iGaming environments is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of UK and international labor laws (EMEA preferred)
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives (engagement, performance, retention)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- High level of responsibility and confidentiality
- Fluent in English
