Job description
VBET is an international betting and gaming operator with 21 years of experience, operating in over 120 countries and developing with the support of SoftConstruct.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic HR partner for distributed international teams - Advise leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and change management - Develop a high-performance culture and support the performance review cycle - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures - Optimize and standardize HR processes - Launch new HR initiatives, including engagement surveys and wellness programs - Manage complex employee relations cases and support the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HRBP / Lead HR BP / Head of HR role - Experience working with international and local teams - Strong expertise in employee relations and performance management - Experience with multi-jurisdictional labor law - Skills in HR analytics and HRIS data - Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English - Experience in iGaming or highly regulated industry is a plus
