HR Business Partner

- Support the full employee lifecycle at the new logistics center - Advise managers on HR issues and team effectiveness - Manage hiring and termination processes - Coordinate the annual performance review cycle - Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to the business - Participate in business reviews and HR projects - Work with labor relations and interact with the Works Council - Support the launch and development of the new logistics center

- Experience with the full cycle of HR processes in Germany - Excellent knowledge of German labor law and interaction with the Works Council - Experience working in an international environment - Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels - Analytical approach and experience with HR data - Proficiency in German and English - Experience in logistics or warehouse complexes is a plus
