Responsibilities
- Guide leaders and employees regarding company policies and HR programs.
- Develop programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Coach and train managers in communication and interaction responsibilities.
- Devise strategies for a positive working environment.
- Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
- Administer the performance management process.
- Partner with Recruiting and Marketing teams to build company awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- 10+ years of experience as an HRBP, ideally in product and engineering.
- Knowledge in employment law, compensation, recruitment, and employee development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team spirit and comfort working across time zones.
- Growth mindset and integrity.
- Ability to motivate and coach people at all levels.
