Job description
An international payment company in the high-risk segment is looking for an HR Business Partner / HRBP in Limassol office. The company works with iGaming, betting, crypto, and other high-risk merchants.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Close key positions for team growth, prioritizing finance and operations roles.
- Gradually build HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, HR reporting, motivation processes, leave and sick leave policies.
- Help the company transition from manual management to a more systematic operational model.
- Propose and implement ATS/HRM tools if necessary.
- Work directly with the CEO: propose solutions, highlight risks, assist with hiring and team development.
- Support employees and gradually form a clear HR infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Confident full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience in high-risk payments, iGaming, fintech, crypto, or related industries.
- Willingness to work with a small team where processes are not fully established.
- Ability to propose structure independently without waiting for ready-made instructions.
- Hands-on mindset: readiness to close vacancies and launch processes personally.
- Russian as a working language.
- English from B1 level.
- Willingness to work from Limassol in an office format.
