Responsibilities
- Analyze the full employee lifecycle from hiring to turnover and leave usage
- Participate in HR budgeting, resource forecasting, and headcount planning
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accessibility for teams through self-service tools
- Maintain data integrity across all HR systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR / People Ops
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modeling)
- Strong Python skills for data processing and automation
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to turn data into strategic insights and recommendations
