Responsibilities
- Build and scale media buying teams
- Ensure fast and quality hiring (time-to-hire, candidate quality)
- Establish performance management systems
- Manage employee effectiveness (development/replacement of low performers)
- Reduce time-to-productivity through onboarding and adaptation processes
- Develop and retain key employees
- Optimize and implement HR processes
- Develop managers and team leads
- Work with HR and business metrics
- Participate in creating a Media Buying Academy
- Enhance employer brand
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR/recruitment (performance/affiliate/digital)
- Experience in fast hiring with a focus on quality and speed
- Experience in closing complex positions
- Understanding of performance teams and working with financial metrics
- Experience in building performance management systems
- Skills in working with low/high performers
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in developing managers and training teams
- Experience in a fast-growing environment
