Requirements
- Experience as HRD or Senior HRBP (100–400 employees)
- Experience working with C-level and influencing business outcomes
- Understanding of product IT companies and commercial functions
- Ability to create custom HR solutions for the business
- Data-driven approach and work with metrics
- Ability to forecast ROI of HR initiatives
- English for working in an international environment
