Responsibilities
- Build the HR function across the group of companies
- Develop leadership culture and employee experience
- Create learning systems and career development processes
- Enhance performance management processes
- Work on the company's employer brand
- Manage organizational transformation and culture change initiatives
- Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team
Requirements
- Experience in building HR systems and people processes from scratch
- Experience in international or scaling companies with 200-300 employees
- 7+ years of experience in an HRD role
- Experience in organizational transformation and culture change initiatives
- Experience in developing leadership culture and performance management
- Employer branding and people development experience
- Experience in implementing changes and managing employee resistance
- English language proficiency at C1 level
