- Develop HR branding and external positioning of the company - Build HR PR strategy and research employee/candidate experience - Set up feedback systems and HR analytics - Implement performance management and career tracks - Develop management competencies and talent development - Optimize HR Operations in a distributed environment - Automate HR processes and support organizational scaling - Work with the leadership team and key departments
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR leadership / HR transformation in companies with 500+ employees - Experience in building HR function from scratch - Cases of corporate culture transformation and change management - Experience in developing employer brand and L&D systems - Strong business partnership with leadership team - Strategic thinking with attention to detail - Focus on measurable business results - Experience in fast-growing or international companies is a plus
