Responsibilities
- Manage operational HR processes (benefits, PTO, payroll coordination)
- Support compensation and bonus processes
- Update organizational structure and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Manage onboarding and improve employee experience
- Support employee training and development
- Work with surveys and engagement
- Maintain HR documentation and policies
- Manage access and conduct audits
- Participate in the implementation of HR tools
- Assist in recruitment (US and EU markets)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / People Ops
- Ability to work in a multitasking and fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with HRM systems
- Proactivity and ownership of processes
- Experience in a startup is a plus
- Higher education (HR / business / related fields)
