Job description
Oxagile is an international IT company expanding its hiring geography and developing global employment processes.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop global hiring policies from scratch - Search for and establish legal employment schemes in different countries - Coordinate interaction between HR, lawyers, finance, and management - Describe processes and create clear documentation for global hiring - Develop transparent guides and regulations - Organize existing processes and suggest improvements - Perform administrative tasks within the HR function
Requirements
- Experience in international hiring and working with various jurisdictions is a plus - Fluent conversational English - Willingness to work with administrative tasks - Love for structure, processes, and documentation - Ability to interact with different stakeholders - Willingness to work in changing processes - Ability to bring solutions to final results
