Job description

Responsibilities
- Support employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding)
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and assist in career growth
- Update HR systems and maintain personnel documentation
- Participate in performance review processes and improve them
- Build trusting relationships with employees and managers
- Analyze employee engagement and satisfaction
- Identify retention risks and develop solutions
- Participate in the development of corporate culture and HR branding
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the role of HR Manager / People Partner
- Understanding of key HR processes (onboarding, performance, engagement)
- English and Russian — from level B2+
- Serbian — from level B1+
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of responsibility and independence
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Experience in IT is a plus
