- 3+ years of experience in HR (preferably in IT/gaming company) - Management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Mandatory knowledge of Russian - Proficient English - Knowledge of Greek is a plus - Knowledge of labor and immigration legislation in Cyprus - Strong computer skills
