Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (search, screening, interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and performance management processes
- Work with HR policies and implement new processes
- Advise management on personnel management issues
- Support relocation and immigration processes for employees
- Assist employees and resolve HR inquiries
- Organize corporate events
- Prepare reports and conduct HR analysis
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR (preferably in IT/gaming company)
- Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandatory knowledge of Russian
- Proficient English
- Knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Knowledge of labor and immigration legislation in Cyprus
- Strong computer skills
