Responsibilities
- Active search for candidates and formation of the recruitment funnel - Conducting initial interviews and supporting candidates during the hiring stages - Interaction with hiring managers and coordination of the recruitment process - Maintaining recruitment reporting - Supporting and developing internal HR processes - Coordinating the adaptation and onboarding of new employees - Preparing HR reports and maintaining documentation - Supporting internal communications and interacting with the team - Administrative support for the HR direction
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists for at least 2 years - Experience as an HR manager or in an administrative/coordinating position - Experience working with LinkedIn and other candidate search tools - Skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates - Understanding of the full cycle of personnel recruitment - Developed communication skills - High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
