Join ITDEAL as an HR Manager to lead the recruitment process and support HR initiatives in a growing tech company.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities - Full cycle recruitment: from job opening to employee onboarding. - Search for specialists in IT and iGaming sectors. - Candidate selection, conducting interviews, and assessment. - Ensure training courses as needed. - Maintain employee reporting within the company. - Organize onboarding and adaptation of new employees. - Form a talent pool. - Support HR processes: performance review, feedback, employee development. - Monitor labor market and salary expectations. - Collaborate with department heads on hiring and team development. - Participate in developing the company's HR brand.
Requirements
### Requirements - Experience as an HR/Recruiter in IT/iGaming for at least 2 years. - Skills in conducting interviews and assessing soft & hard skills. - Excellent communication skills. ### Nice to have - Knowledge of English C1. - Experience with international hiring. - Understanding of the IT market and modern HR tools.
