- Manage and improve daily HR and People Operations processes - Support onboarding and offboarding of employees - Coordinate contracts, documentation, and employee records - Maintain internal HR policies, processes, and documentation - Assist with employee relations and daily team requests - Participate in performance review cycles and people processes - Organize internal events, offsites, and team initiatives

- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Operations in startups or fast-growing companies - Strong organizational and operational skills - High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in a fast-moving startup or tech environment - Proactive approach and ownership mindset
