* Filtering and assessment: Conducting initial interviews, checking soft skills, and coordinating test tasks.
* Adaptation and HR branding: Supporting newcomers during onboarding and creating a team image that encourages long-term work.
Requirements
* Experience in arbitrage: Understanding the roles of buyers, farmers, creatives, and the differences between ROP and TL.
* Task understanding: Knowing the tasks employees will solve, not just filling positions.
* Sourcing expertise: Finding people in TG chats, channels, forums, and through personal connections.
