We are looking for an ambitious HR Manager to help our arbitration team find the best specialists and build a strong team!
Responsibilities
### What You Will Do:
- Active search and attraction of candidates (including cold search);
- Selection of specialists: correspondence, audio interviews, initial skills assessment;
- Working with Google Sheets: maintaining a candidate database, filling in tables and reports;
- Creating creative job postings;
- Providing feedback to candidates: prompt, constructive, and motivating;
- Interacting with the team: discussing hiring processes, finding the best solutions.
Requirements
### Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in recruiting specialists in the traffic scheme field for at least 6 months;
- Understanding of the specifics of traffic arbitration and scheme direction;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity, independence, desire to develop and achieve results.
