Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding processes of employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support visa applications, extensions, and renewals.
- Draft employment-related documentation.
- Ensure HR processes align with employment law and internal policies.
- Manage the Employer of Record relationship.
- Contribute to HR projects and support recruitment activities.
- Conduct market research and support compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in HR administration or operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with HRIS/ATS systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience supporting visa or immigration processes is a plus.
