- Maintain employee data and HR records across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy in HRIS and documentation. - Support onboarding and offboarding operations, including system account setup and data entry, cross-functional coordination, and email communications. - Handle employee daily requests, general information updates, and document management. - Review and maintain OT and leave records to ensure accuracy. - Handle employee benefit administration and reimbursement processes. - Support other ad-hoc HR team tasks, activities and events.

- Bachelor's degree with up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship included). - Detail-oriented and comfortable handling routine operational tasks with accuracy. - Good written English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
