Job description

Responsibilities
### Responsibilities: - Structure and performance management: - Conduct a competency audit of the current team, implement job structures, regular evaluation systems, and clear salary grids. - Occasionally conduct short internal workshops for the team. - Recruitment and onboarding (End-to-End): - Independently lead recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions. - Actively source candidates (e.g., Direct Search on LinkedIn) and verify competencies based on facts. - Design and coordinate the onboarding process. - Office management and operational culture: - Ensure employee comfort, manage office order and supplies, and organize company events.
Requirements
### Requirements: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar roles. - Experience in larger organizations with mature HR standards, combined with practical skills in implementing and adapting these processes from scratch in a smaller scale. - Proficiency in conducting fact-based interviews (e.g., STAR methodology) and independent sourcing. - Soft skills: - High assertiveness, business maturity, diplomacy, and courage to set boundaries and conduct developmental conversations within the team. - Work style: - Process-oriented and analytical approach (working with data, checklists, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and ATS systems), combined with readiness for daily operational administrative work.
