Job description
An international operator in the iGaming sector with over 10 years of experience in the CIS markets, currently in a phase of active growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR administration
- Maintain employee data accuracy in HR systems and registries
- Prepare data for payroll calculation, control vacations, sick leaves, and day-offs
- Consult employees on HR issues and assist with documentation
- Interact with accounting, lawyers, and external contractors
- Monitor changes in salaries, grades, and work schedules
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
- English from A2–B1
- Knowledge of international employment processes and employee support
- Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Workday, 1C, Airtable, etc.) is a plus
- Experience supporting employees in Cyprus is a plus
