Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of HR administration for employees in Poland
- Work with HRIS (HiBob) and HR documentation
- Support relocation processes and work permit applications
- Prepare data for payroll calculations
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance of HR processes with Polish labor legislation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labor legislation
- Experience in IT companies or fast-growing businesses is a plus
- Fluent in Russian, Polish, and English (B2+)
