Responsibilities
- Support employees in Germany on HR matters
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Assist employees with self-service HR tools
- Escalate complex HR cases to People Partners
- Maintain HR documentation (contracts, leaves, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy in Workday and handle payroll
- Improve HR processes and employee experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR (Specialist/Generalist)
- Understanding of the full employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of German labor law
- Fluent English and German B2 (preferably C1)
- Client-oriented and service approach
- Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday)
- Process thinking and attention to detail
