HR (Recruiter)

We are looking for an HR (Recruiter) to join our team. The role involves recruiting and managing candidates for various positions.

• Search and selection of employees for different positions in the team; • Publication and management of vacancies on advertising platforms; • Initial screening of candidates, correspondence, and calls; • Assessment of candidates: suitable / not suitable for the team; • Transfer strong candidates to the manager; • Constant monitoring of the candidate market; • Quick closure of vacancies.

• Experience in recruitment (HR / recruiter / talent acquisition) from 1 year; • Ability to quickly close vacancies and work with a large flow of candidates; • Good communication skills, ability to 'feel' people and understand who fits the team; • Responsibility, speed, systematization; • Ability to work with advertising platforms in Telegram; • Desire to earn and influence the team's results.
