Job description
We are looking for a strong HR (recruiter) for our investment projects team (promotions). We seek someone with experience in our niche who understands the specifics and can quickly close positions.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle of candidate recruitment (from search to onboarding) - Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates - Onboarding new employees - Managing and posting vacancies - Sourcing through cold and hot channels - Collaborating with the team and team leads - Continuously improving the hiring funnel
Requirements
- Experience as an HR / recruiter (preferably in promotions / arbitrage / investments) - Understanding of the niche specifics - Ability to work with various candidate traffic sources - Quick and quality communication skills - Independence and result orientation
