Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including employee data management, sickness and accident notifications, onboarding and offboarding support, HR inquiries, reference letters, and monthly reporting
- Recruitment: End-to-end coordination of recruitment activities, including drafting and managing job advertisements, close alignment with hiring managers, interview coordination, candidate communication, feedback documentation, reference checks, and support of background screening; ensure complete and up-to-date candidate and new joiner files
- Payroll Support: Perform four-eye reviews, respond to payroll-related inquiries, and liaise with external payroll providers
- HR Systems & Tools: Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., Personio, Workable), ensuring high data quality and independently implementing system updates and improvements
- Budget Administration: Support HR budget management, including invoice processing, tracking of costs, and coordination with Finance and external partners
- HR Projects & General Support: Provide administrative and organizational support across a broad range of HR topics and projects, taking ownership of assigned initiatives as required
- Internal & External Reporting: Support HR reporting processes, handle clarifications, and ensure timely administrative follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
### Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Services / HR Administration or a similar operational HR role
- Proven track record in recruiting and high motivation in taking responsibility for the recruitment process
- Completed HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience
- Excellent German and English skills (English required at business level)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take responsibility and work independently in a broad and versatile HR role
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in actively approaching and supporting stakeholders across the organization
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong IT skills, ideally with hands-on experience in HR software (e.g., Personio, Workable) and MS Office
- Structured, hands-on working style with attention to detail and a strong service mindset
