Responsibilities
- Develop corporate culture in a remote environment
- Launch online activities: quizzes, games, challenges, streams
- Manage internal communications: posts, digests, surveys, interactions
- Generate new formats (sections, special projects, mini-shows)
- Work on engagement: collect feedback, analyze eNPS, improvements
- Participate in onboarding and feedback collection
- Support the performance review cycle (preparation, communications, deadlines)
- Collaborate with L&D in employee assessment and development
- Organize training formats: meetings, workshops, lectures
- Launch alternative training formats (podcasts, mini-courses)
- Maintain reporting and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR (culture/L&D/performance)
- Experience in IT/iGaming/digital and with remote teams
- Understanding of performance review and assessment processes
- Strong communication and content skills
- Ability to work with data (tables, reports, analytics)
- Creativity combined with systematic approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
