Job description
We are looking for a proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team and support recruitment processes across different markets.
Responsibilities
### Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source and recruit candidates across international markets (primarily Affiliate Managers and related positions)
- Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and other recruitment channels
- Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
- Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
- Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for different GEOs and departments
### HR Operations & People Support:
- Coordinate birthday bonuses and employee recognition initiatives
- Inform employees about public holidays, non-working days, and internal company updates
- Assist with onboarding and adaptation processes
- Maintain basic HR administrative and organizational processes
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR (preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in international hiring
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good command of Google Sheets / Excel
