Responsibilities
- Ensure team efficiency and achievement of BU business goals
- Manage staffing and probation success
- Develop employee engagement and retention
- Implement and control HR processes (full employee lifecycle)
- Monitor employee and manager satisfaction with HR function
- Work with HR metrics (turnover, engagement, effectiveness)
- Manage payroll budget and participate in C&B processes
- Lead HR projects in an international environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP/HRD role in an international IT/product company
- Experience with full HR cycle (hire → onboarding → development → exit)
- Experience with metrics (turnover, engagement, effectiveness)
- Skills in C&B and HR analytics
- Strong project management skills
- Result-oriented and data-driven approach
- Stress resilience and ability to work in uncertainty
- Fluent in Russian and English
