Responsibilities
- Mass recruitment of buyers and Executive Search.
- Implementing KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Supporting team morale and stress resilience.
- Managing HR budget and minimizing data leakage risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Performance Marketing / Media Buying.
- Experience managing HR in companies with 100+ employees.
- Understanding of P&L and recruitment automation cases.
