Implementation and Support Specialist (2nd-3rd Line Technical Support)

### Responsibilities - Participate in the development of technical implementation projects for the end customer; - Direct involvement in piloting/prototyping/testing technical projects; - Assist in the installation and configuration of company solutions (remotely/on-site); - Full cycle of technical support for the customer regarding installation, configuration, operation, updates, and optimization of used solutions; - Work in the HelpDesk system with customer requests according to SLA; - Analyze requests, model, and remotely diagnose incidents; - Escalate incidents to other support levels.

### Requirements - Knowledge of computer network principles and basic networking technologies; - Windows OS – at the administrator level; - Experience with SMB-level networking equipment.
