On4at is seeking an Inbound Request Manager to handle warm incoming chats and maintain communication quality.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm incoming chats (no calls).
- Guide clients to target actions.
- Maintain conversion and communication quality.
- Communicate with clients via chat, providing desired products.
Requirements
- English language proficiency at B2+ level.
- Experience in arbitration/sales (training provided if lacking).
- Willingness to work according to American and European time zones.
- Confident PC user skills.
Conditions
- 18-25% from sales/KPI.
- Income: from $1000+ per month.
- Office format in Serbia/Belgrade.
