Job description
INPUT is a global communications partner for emerging tech companies and founders, which helps companies earn market legitimacy and founder visibility through broader communications (PR, Personal branding, Influencers, Event).
Responsibilities
- Searching for and attracting effective opinion leaders;
- Experience with performance marketing;
- Building strong and long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners in the iGaming and crypto niches;
- Developing long-term and short-term strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness growth;
- Collecting feedback from influencers;
- Creating sales funnels and scripts to improve efficiency;
- Providing transparent reporting and keeping management informed about achievements and challenges in product promotion;
- Launch and scale advertising integrations;
- Analyze performance (CPL, CPA, ROI, FTD);
- Control traffic quality and creatives;
- Test new hypotheses and channels;
- Maintain influencer database and cooperation terms.
Requirements
- At least 1.5-2 years of experience in KOL/streamer marketing;
- Experience with Kick/Twitch/YouTube, OBS scenes; CPA/RevShare models;
- Nice to have: streamer network; knowledge of platform policies;
- Languages: English - B1, Russian/Ukrainian - native.
